Our Story

Born from Clay, Caffeine & Community

Eat•Sip•Clay started as a dream shared between two friends who believed that the best moments happen when you slow down, get your hands dirty, and share a cup of coffee with someone you care about.

What began as a weekend market stall selling handmade mugs and serving espresso evolved into a rotating pop-up experience across the city. Every location tells a different story — but the mission stays the same: create a space where creativity flows as freely as the coffee.

Today, we host hundreds of workshops each year, collaborate with over forty local artisans, and continue to surprise our community with unexpected pop-ups, guest artists, and seasonal menus that celebrate the craft of making things by hand.
